Important Notice:
  • Email your offer to procurement@tnbremaco.com.pk or courier the hardcopy to "1223MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Balloki, Pattoki, District Kasur, Punjab Pakistan" together with Offer Form-QF55.
  • Tender and Quotation shall be quoted in PKR or USD currency for DDP term. If quoted in USD, the payment will be made in equivalent PKR based in the applicable forex rate on the invoice date.
  • Price validity for Quotation shall be 30 days.
  • Price validity for Tender shall be 3 months.

  • Kindly ensure the quotation/tender number with full descriptions of subjected supply/services is well stated.
  • Penalty clause on late delivery: Vendor(s) is obliged to pay TNB REMACO (Balloki) a penalty of “2 % of PO total price” for each one (1) commenced week of delay; however, at most 10 % of the overall order value. .
  • TNB REMACO (Balloki) reserves the right to disqualify all quotation/tender from any Vendor(s) in this procurement process according to the Terms and Conditions stated in TNB REMACO Procurement Policy or RFQ/Tender documents or due to any other reasonable reasons.
